TOXINS

When it comes to exposure to toxins, the body cannot metabolize most of the poisons it is exposed to. Most of these toxins remain in the body for many years, stored in the fat cells that exist throughout the body.    Our incremental exposure is quite small; however, by remaining in the body, even small incremental amounts result in significant amounts over time.    As the ability of science to measure increasingly smaller amounts of toxins in the body improves, we are finding that it does not take very large amounts to degrade body functioning.    What's worse is that these many toxins combine in unpredictable ways to produce a combined effect worse than the sum of the individual effects.    More than 77,000 chemicals are in active production in North America.    More than 3,000 chemicals are added to our food supply; and more than 10,000 chemicals in the form of solvents, emulsifiers, and preservatives are used in food processing, packaging, wrapping, and storage.

Every day, all of us ingest tiny amounts of these chemicals.    The EPA estimates there are more than 20,000 chemicals that our bodies cannot metabolize.    Chemicals not metabolized are stored in the fat cells throughout our bodies where they continue to accumulate.    As these chemicals build up, they alter our metabolism, cause enzyme dysfunction and nutritional deficiencies, create hormonal imbalances, damage brain chemistry, and cause cancer.    Because the chemicals accumulate in different parts of the body and at different rates and in different combinations, there is a disturbingly large variety of different chronic illnesses that can result.

We accumulate toxins when we: breathe, eat, and touch.    Close proximity to concentrations of toxins accelerates this process.    Ingesting foods that contain toxins accelerates this process.    Hundreds of normal everyday things that we do accelerate this process like; cleaning, washing, carrying, shopping, driving, social activities, etc, etc.    We are literally surrounded by clouds of minute amounts of toxins that are steadily accumulating in our bodies.    When we reach a certain level of cumulative toxic load, our immune systems reach a point that it can't effectively respond to these foreign substances that our bodies just weren't designed to eliminate.    So what do the toxins actually do inside your body?    Toxins are metallic, chemical, biological, and other types of molecules that include literally everything that the earth is made up of.    So what happens when foreign substances enter into the body and chemically bond to what it finds in the body to unite with.    When such a chemical bonding occurs, that is when "free-radicals" are formed.    They are not free radicals until after they are absorbed and converted into chemicals.    Carcinogen refers to any substance, radionuclide or radiation that is an agent directly involved in the promotion of cancer or in the increase of its propagation.    So a carcinogen is a specific type of toxin classification.     When you're talking about carcinogens, you are referring to something that leads to, or causes cancer.    Carcinogens then form specific types of free-radicals which make you prone to developing cancer.

What I will now describe here is my own personal mental picture of what is happening in our bodies.  Keep in mind that I have no formal medical training so I have nothing to unlearn.  Considering the gross errors of conventional medical "science" and the failures of government regulatory agencies in the area of medicine, I feel free to put forth my own theories and conclusions.  I have had fairly extensive training in electronics.  it's quite dated now but fundamental electronic theory and physics do not change, unlike "medical theory".  Some of these ideas are certainly duplicated elsewhere, whether or not I've read about it.  A lot of it, however, is from a mental picture that has been evolving in my mind over the last couple of months:

Most people know about magnetic  attraction and repulsion: two like poles repel each other and unlike poles attract each other. In chemistry, most folks understand that oil and water don't mix, whereas milk mixes in coffee just fine with good results.  In the human body there are also various substances that are water soluble and fat soluble.  I won't go into the hundreds of names and classifications that science has assigned to these things because I want this explanation to be as basic as possible.  While studying saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats, it occurred to me that all these toxins that we are surrounded with in our daily lives  are also affected by magnetic charges, incomplete molecular pairings, and chemical affinities that determine where they will collect, adhere to, be assimilated with or bond in some manner.  Tiny motes in the air will cling to each other if they have unlike static charges.  Everything that is soluble in water, oils, or fats will diffuse and be carried along in that medium until heat, pressure, biological or chemical action causes a separation.  There is an endless process of toxic molecules combining and recombining with the cells of our bodies, which is causing thousands of unique free-radicals that can attach themselves to specific areas of the body that fulfills some kind of chemical, biological, or electrical requirement inherent in those molecules.  Yes, "electrical"!    Our bodies communicate between cells with minute currents of electricity and that can be a problem.  With Alzheimer's disease, tiny amounts of aluminum are found in the brain.  There is circumstantial evidence linking aluminum with Alzheimer's disease, but no causal relationship has yet been proved.

There have been volumes of information written on this subject, but I have yet to find any information on what that speck of aluminum is doing while subjected to the radiation of a cell phone transmitter, or any other type of electromagnetic radiation.    Aluminum is the primary metal used for antennas of all types and frequencies.   It is a great conductor of electricity.   As such it serves to focus any radiated energy that it comes near.    What is happening to the brain cells next to that very small amount of aluminum found in the brains of some of us, whether we know it's there or not?    Science generally agrees that an Alzheimer's victim is slowly losing more and more brain cells, which causes the symptoms of this disease.    Are the brain cells next to these aluminum specks being disrupted to such an extent, that the body sees them as a foreign substance, and then the immune system eliminates them?    We are surrounded by electromagnetic radiations from our; cell phones, televisions, computers, microwave ovens, and a host of other electronic devices.    Some people believe that ordinary house wiring is detrimental to us but I don't believe that.    We've had 60 cycle house current in our homes for a long, long time before Alzheimer's became epidemic.    Antennas get smaller, the higher the frequency, to radiate optimally.    That eliminates the likelihood of house current affecting that speck of aluminum in the brain, but definitely includes cell phones and computers, etc.

If radiated energy and toxic aluminum is truly destroying brain cells then the obvious solution is to isolate the brain from these radiations by eliminating/avoiding the sources of radiation, and/or wearing some kind of wire-mesh head covering that would electronically isolate the brain, preferably grounded somehow.    But this essay is not about "Alzheimer's Disease", which is but one of many examples of how a specific toxin can cause a disease, when science says that the cause is unknown and there is no cure.    There are many other metal-specific elements in our bodies that can affect us in many ways.    Iron is a normal substance in the body.   Iron is part of hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying component of the blood.    Iron-deficient people tire easily because their bodies are starved for oxygen.    Iron is also part of myoglobin.    Myoglobin helps muscle cells store oxygen.    Without enough iron, the body's fuel cannot be properly synthesized.    When we don't have enough Iron in our bodies we develop what's called "Iron Deficiency Anemia".     Iron is a ferrous metal (magnetic, unlike aluminum a non-ferrous metal) and can be found in the brains of migratory birds.    That's how they know which way to fly, north or south, summer and winter.    They have a built-in compass.    The body has many kinds of elements that belong in your body and is put to good use within your body.    The problem is; when toxic elements are introduced into the body, depending on its composition, it turns into free-radicals which either travel throughout your body doing its damage, or will collect at one or more places that it finds easy to remain at.    Once it stops, what is to prevent similar free-radicals from accumulating at the same place and forming what we call cancerous tissue?    The worst problems are when some of these free-radicals are attracted to our vital organs and stay put.

Our immune system is a most marvelous thing and work miracles daily to keep us healthy and functioning optimally.    But, it has limits!    If you don't feed your body the proper nutrients, you are depriving your immune system the ammunition to fight the good fight for you.    The idea that you should concentrate on one particular food group, imagining that it is a good diet, is foolish in the extreme.    Excluding a specific food group, like Fat, is also foolish in the extreme.    Your body needs nutrients from Protein, Fats, and Carbohydrates to supply all of your body's many complicated systems and functions (most especially the immune system), in order to maintain it properly.    Our society is rapidly reaching a point where the average person is ingesting toxins faster than he/she can eliminate them, and it is my belief that the great majority diseases that have been "discovered" in the last 100 years have toxins as the root cause of them.     Science, through a multitude of tests and diagnostic procedures identify what symptoms accompany specific diseases, and then get busy looking for cures for the symptoms.    When one of the symptoms happens to be a bit of aluminum in the brain, which by itself is probably insignificant because aluminum is also stored in our bones, this is considered a scientific curiosity, but is generally denied as a cause of Alzheimer's, regardless of the feasibility of cell phones turning that speck of aluminum into a hot spot within the brain, thereby destroying brain cells.

I don't understand how medical science can acknowledge that free-radicals from toxins cause us damage in our bodies, but treat it like an interesting side-show while they are busy with "the real work of medicine", which keeps them fully occupied with treating symptoms "correctly".     The quantity and complexity of the toxins we are surrounded by is mind-boggling.    All of us are accumulating and storing these toxins in our bodies as we continue with our lives, but for some of us, there will come a time when your body starts to fail in small ways, then later more severely.    The biblical account of Methuselah states that he lived to be 969 years old, and there are other accounts of people living to be 800+ years old.    The Patriarch Abraham lived to be 175 years old and fathered 8 sons (and probably daughters), after he was 100 years old.    That is what is possible when you live in a world with no toxins and good, healthy, and natural nutrition.    It's too late to do much about the toxins, except avoid them when and where you can.    However, it is up to you to eat right according to a logical and proven diet and ignore popular fads and madness's.    Too many people these days will have you believe that the diet of the average person for the last several thousand years was all wrong, and only a civilized and intelligent person can understand that you should consume carcinogenic polyunsaturated vegetable oils, which will make you obese and sick, and you should feed your kids with lots of aspartame and soybean products which will make them weird, crazy, and sick.    Vegetable (poly) oils, soybean products, aspartame and many others are right at the top of the toxic food chain which leads to sickness and death.
